Felix Ziga
Principal Architect, Ziga Architecture Studio
Felix Ziga designed the entire exterior façade of South Hausman with precise architectural lines, disciplined proportions, and a deep understanding of high-performance cladding. His technical design unified ACM panels, imported Spanish limestone, D’Hanis brick, Level 5 stucco finish, and full Pella window and door systems into a clean, modern, enduring exterior.
